The EIE three-pillar philosophy:

The person is the most important factor. We look for people with the abilities, knowledge, and values needed to be an entrepreneur first and foremost.

The idea is the next step. You need an idea to start a project, good ideas to help build and strengthen it, new ideas to overcome obstacles or failures, and flexible ideas that can be adapted to suit the situation and surroundings.

The project is the final piece of the puzzle. It needs to be viable and scalable, and adaptable to new or changing markets. The beauty is that an entrepreneur can have several projects, and a single project can have several entrepreneurs.

CITRUS SATURDAY
This initiative, founded by UCL Advances, promotes young entrepreneurship through the creation and management of lemonade stands by participants from 6-25 years old. In July 2014 the EIE brought Citrus Saturday over to Spain and it's been a huge success!
ESPAÑA RUMBO AL SUR
Originally Madrid Rumbo al Sur, this project now incorporates teenagers from across Spain, selecting participants to go on expeditions to Africa learning new skills, undertaking social projects, being entrepreneurial, and definitely receiving a good workout with desert treks and early-morning runs!
